A one stop destination for all Government services in the UAE, the Gulf Vision recently opened Tawjeeh and Tasheel services in the center. Tawjeeh is basically for workers and entrepreneurs and is an important service when it comes to finding an employee or employer in the country. Tasheel on the other hand, is an online system and application processes and more of the Ministry of Labour. Here are the details.
Tawjeeh Services
Tawjeeh is a service licensed by The Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratisation (MOHRE) and it provides awareness and orientation to employers and employees seeking help regarding UAE labour law. According to the law, employees need to undergo compulsory training before joining work and Tawjeeh center provides exactly that.
Tawjeeh in Arabic refers to ‘guidance’ and the Tawjeeh department at the Gulf Vision provides guidance to labourers and employers. The Tawjeeh services are eligible for:
- Employees
- Employers or business owners
- Representatives and laborers
Providing training to new employees has become mandatory in selected professions in the UAE. Applicants who fall in these professions and applying for new employment residence permit should attend awareness sessions as per the labour regulations in the country. Tawjeeh offers the said training to the employees as well as employers in the UAE through various centers. The guidance is basically about knowing the responsibilities and rights of employers and employees before engaging in any sort of professional contract. However, this training is not applicable for workers and labourers who are sponsored in free zones by their employers.
Tasheel Services
Tasheel is an online system that is made to simplify all labour related processes, increase efficiency and improve output volume. It works hand in hand with the Ministry of Labour (MOL) and allows companies and typing centers to make online transaction to the MOL, thereby creating a cashless environment. With Tasheel, companies can efficiently and effectively manage resources and do not have to worry about submission of documents or payments, as it is all done online.
Tawjeeh and Tasheel at Gulf Vision
Tawjeeh and Tasheel are the new departments opened at the Gulf Vision. Located at the first floor, Tawjeeh at the Gulf Vision has five halls dedicated for orientation. The halls could accommodate more than 200 people in total for the lectures. Lectures are scheduled for 25 minutes each with comfortable seating and audio services.
The Tawjeeh training is mandatory for visa processing along with medical tests. Since the Gulf Vision now has both the services available at our center, Visa processing can be availed without any delay. In fact, you can get them both done on the same day without wasting time and energy visiting different offices. You can complete the orientation at our Tawjeeh department with ease.
