Attestation of Warnings

This service obligates the client to send a legal warning/notification sealed and approved by the Notary Office, which warns of the consequences of failure to comply with legal procedures or orders. It includes deadlines for payment, evacuation orders and instructions for implementation, or cancellation of power of attorney. Violation of these agreements or actions may result in legal action being taken against the violator. Examples of warnings include:
